- Trade Pros: We share your name, physical address, and required repair details (including videos/photos) with the specific, vetted Trade Pro dispatched to your job.
- Service Providers: We employ third-party companies securely process payments, analyze data, and provide cloud hosting.
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities.
5. Data Security and Retention
We implement commercially standard security measures to protect your data. Your "Home Health Record" data is securely vaulted. We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and comply with our legal obligations.
